Let's Make A Toast
What if we told you there was something new happening at the Mall of America, that was being kept under wraps currently to protect the exposure? We can tell you this: if you have come to this blog, you are part of the early wave of people who will get in on this new experience.
We are Mac's Toastery.
Okay, hold up. What is a toastery?
A Toastery is a restaurant/bakery that provides a pallet of food where all items on the menu have some variation of being toasted.
Mac’s Toastery is a new-age culinary vision by the well-known Hollywood icon, LC Mackie. His mission is to bring artistic toasted food in a cozy atmosphere to the shopping capital of the world, the Mall of America.
We want to welcome you to this blog and invite you to follow us on Facebook, where you can find additional insight into our business and what we will provide inside the restaurant upon open in August of 2018. This blog will post content every Sunday leading all the way up until that open date. Watch for our first blog post coming this Sunday, February 11th.
We are here to create a relationship with you over the food we all love; toast.

Okay, so I enjoyed this opening post. It was informative and set a good tone. I'm not loving the all caps body text. It's not easy to read. A few minor semantics, but good otherwise.
