Happy Easter to everyone who celebrates!

We know that not every one of our customers celebrate Easter, but whatever you did this weekend we hope that you remember family and make sure to tell them you love them!

Not to completely shift gears, but we have something pretty fun coming up! It is our first ever "Can We Take a Joke Prank Week Event"!!!

In spirit of it also being April Fools, we want to see all of the funny pranks that you, our friends, have pulled. Head over to our event page that launches immediately today!

Here are a few of the rules:

1. All videos must be submitted through messenger, as these are the only videos that will be viewed. All others will be deleted immediately upon receiving.

2. You are the rightful owner of the videos, we do not assume responsibility of the events or people that take place in the videos and cannot be held liable for any damages caused in creation of the videos.

3. All videos must be under 10 minutes. Any videos over this amount of time will not be accepted.

4. We have the right to post the videos on our event page, with your submittal acting as approval. We will give you credit by including this statement: "This video is not property of Mac's Toastery. It was voluntarily submitted by an individual named (First Name, Middle Initial.) from (City, State)." 

5. We have the right to alert the necessary parties if the content of the video promotes any capital crime in the eyes of the law.

6. No monetary gain will come from submitting the videos. A winner will be announced on the event page, this blog, and our website on Sunday, April 8th.

7. Have fun.

Speaking of a winner... A winner will yes be announced on Sunday. But what do we win?!?! How about a brand new toaster?!? :( We are just kidding! On behalf of our partners like the Girl Scouts of America and JDRF, we would like to invite the winner to the Mall of America on August 11th, 2018 for a day of complete fun. We are shutting the Mall of America down to you and 9 friends! We will be having a fun day of events looking like this:

  9:00 am     Breakfast at Mac's Toastery
10:00 am     Scavenger Hunt Shopping Spree ($1,000 each thanks to JDRF)
  1:00 pm     Escape Game
  2:00 pm     Sea Life ($250 each thanks to Food Network)
  3:00 pm     Nickelodeon Universe ®
  7:00 pm     Dinner at Mac's Toastery
  9:00 pm     Super Special Shopping Spree ($1,000 each thanks to Girl Scouts of America)

We want to thank our sponsors for their help in making such an event happen. It is going to be an awesome day as we actually have our grand opening the day after!!
